2.  Our response team will assess the situation and confirm your condition alerting any emergency services that may be necessary.
3.  An Assistance Now agent will inform you and your family of any actions taken.
4.  Your live dashboard will be updated with notes and vitals for each incident.

Our professional emergency response team monitors your loved one 24/7 with complete visibility to their vitals and possible emergencies (such as a fall) and will communicate directly over the watch with your loved one if anything may be wrong. The Assistance Now app (Apple or Android) will give complete visibility to your loved ones dashboard which includes heart rate, fall information, whereabouts and ability to talk to them.
