What is the Safe Patch?

The Senior Safety SafePatch is paired with a powerful app. The app monitors falls, parameters, movement, and location – all while being in a safe environment at home. Alerts are emitted to family members and/or friends immediately should a loved one send out an SOS, fall or go beyond a set location. The SafePatch also has an after-hours doctor-on-call feature which gives face-to-face time with a doctor if needed.

The SafePatch is also a phone app. An easy to manage red button on the unit enables the wearer to alert their contact list with a single touch. Should a fall disable the wearer from pressing the button, fall detection alerts the wearer’s contacts instead.

What is our FallSoft™ technology?

Most fall detection devices work using motion and force. These two metrics are not always the best way to detect falls with seniors. With FallSoft™ many different metrics including movements, vitals, computations and learning are all processed using AI to learn and better understand when a fall is actually a fall. FallSoft™ has been developed using hardware, software, application and AI to better predict and capture falls, while minimizing false alerts.

Family Monitoring

Family can safely and easily monitor their loved one by receiving calls and alerts if there is an emergency. Unlimited use of app for family and first responders. Family members will download the mobile app (Apple or Android) and will have complete visibility to loved ones dashboard which includes fall information, steps/activity and whereabouts.

Professional Monitoring

Our professional emergency response team monitors your loved one 24/7 with complete visibility to possible emergencies (such as a fall) steps/activity and location. The mobile app will give complete visibility to your loved ones dashboard which includes fall information, whereabouts and activity levels.
